I've been told it's not even good snowman snow (in Wales at least)... what a pity... (then again perhaps somebody just didn't want to make a snowman today).
Nice pics... bike looks alien, with glowing eyes...

Too powdery to make snowballs or snowmen over here - makes good snow angels though lol. We've had more overnight and more forecast today too. Glad Ethel has a garage though - wouldn't fancy trying to start her if she were left outside

Chocmintz - hooray for garages and snow angels!
Hey jake, don't say that, it wouldn't be winter in Kansas City without some snow drifts to get stuck in.

About 20 years ago when I was a little more able, a couple of my freinds and I put washered hex head screws into the knobs of our off road "Dirt Bikes" and would do winter trail riding. Even went river riding on the frozen ice surfaces from one lake to another. I had a 185 cc Suzuki that would stand up on hard acceleration on the ice. We could work up quite a sweat even at 0 and below. Don't worry about the Ice when I would drive my Chevy Suburban out on the lake ice of 24-30 inches thick and do some fishing also. Winter really can be fun also....

Until I saw that I didn't ever think of Scotland having snow. You always see the pictures of the green meadows that go on forever. I never realized how far north you guys were. I just looked at a map and Aberdeen is like just across from Norway.
Well g, enjoy the winter. Take that little girl of yours out to play in the snow and keep looking forward to getting back on the road!
