Since its inception, The Texas Mile has attracted participants from around the globe who converge on an airport runway to race their cars, motorcycles, trucks, hot rods and more, striving to achieve top speeds in a mile and a half-mile before safely shutting down.
Spectator admission for the weekend is $25 per person at the gate.
