Every year A.B.A.T.E. of Iowa holds a Lobby Day in Des Moines. This is our opportunity to walk the walk in our State Capitol. We provide breakfast burritos and coffee/juice for members to share with their State Senator and Representative and connect face to face. While members are encouraged to discuss any legislative issues with their Legislators, we provided printed handouts to make sure that they understand that only those talking points are official A.B.A.T.E. positions.
