This will begin at Yeagers Cycle in Sedalia Mo at 815am April 23rd. We will pass out poker targets to each participant. Since we only have time to ride and reach 4 shooting locations we will have you draw your 1st card at this time. You will work to make your best poker hand by the end of the day. You will get 5 practice shots at each location. The 6th shot will be certified by a range officer and that will count toward your poker hand. Everyone will be using the same weapon at each location to make it fair. We have a wide range of experience so, for this reason we will have two divisions. (Professional and Amatuer) If you compete or qualify with a weapon more than twice a year you will be in the professional division.
0900am: The 1st Range will be Black Dawn Armory (Sedalia). They are providing an AR 15 Semi-Automatic rifle for us to shoot. This location will be hit with the largest crowd in the beginning. They have a courtesy room with a big screen TV and they will be glad to show anyone interested the custom work they do.
11-1130am: The 2nd location is Ozark Gun & Pawn (Versailles). This is not a shooting location. This is where the drawing for the CCW hand gun will take place. If you didn’t purchase tickets, this isn’t a required stop. You have the option to move to the next shooting location.
1pm-230pm: The 3rd location and the 2nd range will be Pistols Plus (Osage Beach). At this location they are providing a Springfield XD9 hand gun for us to shoot.
330pm-5pm: Range #3 is Ammo Alley (Jefferson City area). They have agreed to provide us with a 357 Magnum hand gun to shoot. This location closes at 5pm so make sure you are through here by that time.
530pm-630pm: The 4th Range is Target Masters (Columbia). They are providing a Glock 17 for the final weapon of the day. After you have completed this shoot we will meet and award the prizes. If for some reason we have a tie in the poker hand, we will then draw cards to determine the winner.
This is designed to be a ride with the competition. There is no requirement that you can’t drive something other than a motorcycle. Although, we would like to have as many bikes in the event as possible. Please remember that each location has donated the range time, provided the weapons and certifying officer. Black Dawn has even donated all the ammo being shot at their location. So please be courteous during the activities and take some time to thank them for sponsoring our event.
