Now in its 12th year, the Battlefield Run is an annual motorcycle ride from Leesburg VA to Gettysburg PA that collects funds to support military-based charitable organizations. This year, proceeds will be provided to K9 For Warriors and 22Kill. With over 200 participants from across the US and some special operations friends coming in from New Zealand, Australia and Canada, the BFR has raised over $100,000 since it's inception. The route travels through four states and 4 National battlefields over a scenic three-hour ride that is safe for new and experienced riders. HOG Magazine has named it one of its top 5 rides of the year with the "slow roll" through the Gettysburg National Battlefield as the highpoint to a great ride.
