Last year, we held a motorcycle run for Debbie Perna Sandfort to help support her in her battle with colon cancer. We decided on the name "Hearts & Harleys," and it was a huge success. My son, Gavin, was involved, assisting with the sign-ups at the beginning, and helping with the Chinese Auction at the end.

On Saturday, July 25th (rain date Sat, Aug 1st), we will be holding a motorcycle run called "Hearts & Harleys for Bubbas & Moo-Moo," in memory of Gavin and his mother, Michelle Heist, whom we lost in November. This event will be a poker run, with sign-ups at Nancy's Country Kitchen from 10:30 to 12:00. At the end of the run, we will be holding a concert, entitled "Moo-Moo-A-Palooza." The entrance fee is $20/rider, $15/passenger, with 100% of the net profits going to help continue to fund the Gavin Pabst Memorial Baseball Scholarship, as well as a donation to be made to a women's shelter for domestic violence. If you are unable to participate in the run but would still like to go to the concert, tickets will be available for $10.

The first 50 people to register will receive a complimentary "Hearts & Harleys 2015" t-shirt. T-shirts will also be for sale prior to and of the day of the run.
