Leighton's Ride is in it's 3rd year as the main fundraising event for Leighton's Gift. Leighton was born on May 26, 2011 with her twin brother, Jaxon at 28 weeks gestation. She lost her battle at 3 weeks old due to late onset GBS. Leighton's Gift was started as a means to help other families that find themselves in the NICU. Our goal is to furnish baby cameras on all 45 beds in the NICU at Texas Health Plano Presbyterian hospital, the only home Leighton ever knew. This gift will enable parents and other family members to have continual access to their child in the NICU through the cameras. Leighton's ride was started as our main fundraising event in 2013. All proceeds from this ride go to Leighton' Gift. The registration is $30 for riders and $10 for passengers. We will also have a raffle and donations are always appreciated.
