  • The Twin Roses gather every fall to host a poker run to benefit H.O.P.E. (Help for Oncology Problems and Emotional Support). Our charity supports cancer victims and their families
    right here in south central Pennsylvania

    Rain or shine we have food, door prizes and a great ride
