Talk about an AWESOME day!!!  413 bikes, at least 2 car clubs, 620 registered participants, TWO, count 'em TWO 5-ton Marine trucks, and one limo... the equation totals to a LOT of happy kids this Christmas in the Topeka area!!!  I'll be meeting with Staff Sergeant Will Schneider and his men later this week to discuss the history and details of the program and how it works and the interview will be airing on my show, Raz'n Cain Live on Blog TV.  Not sure of the air date yet, but it will be before the weekend of December 11th so we can plug their other toy drive at the three Topeka Wal-Mart stores that weekend!!

It was AMAZING to see the turnout, the wind was about 45 mph gusting, cold, and traffic was a total bitch.  But yanno... there's just something about a HUGE burly biker holding a Barbie Doll...

Some pics below... me and my brother Andy (aka J.D. Nash), some of the bikes, the Marines, one of the trucks FULL to the brim, and my old man with Santa!!!

I'm in the process of uploading pics to my Raz'n Cain Facebook page.  It SHOULD be viewable to the public, if you want to see the photos.  I took nearly 400 pics, but the album limits me to 200, so the best of them are being uploaded right now.  Should be done in an hour and can't wait to see these guys again next month for the Wal-Mart drive!!!

You know I've said it before on here but Bikers, even 1% Bikers love kids, and love to give during the Christmas Season. I remember when I lived in California during the 70" the Marines put on a toy run at the Rose Bowl, and there must have been 200 Hells Angel's ride in with all kinds of toys on there Bikes. What a sight it was.
The Holiday season is a great time to look back over the year, and take stock in how lucky we are to live in such a great Country, the great friends we have, both local and our CF Family. It's a time for new beginning's, to reinforce our love for each other, and make changes in our life that will lead to a brighter furture.
I will never forget the great CF Friends Angel Eyes and I met in Bolling Green KY last June, those folks are and forever will be some of my best Friends I've ever met. The crash did put a little damper on the trip, but to see Friends rally to my rescue was one heart warming moment.
To all my CF Family here's wishing you and Yours a Merry and a very safe Holiday Season.

Another great thing too, is that Bikers don't wait just for Christmas, if there's a kid or someone else in need, seems they're always right there front and center helping out.
