Good Bye to Andy Griffith

    Andy Griffith dies at age 86.  The Andy Griffith Show and Matlock actor died at his home in Dare County, North Carolina around 7 a.m. this morning (7/3/2012)

    Good bye Andy, you certainly gave me a lot of laughs growing up!

    Andy Griffith maybe gone but Andy Taylor and Ben Matlock will live on forever. R.I.P.

    Kinda makes you think a bit, when the actors you grew up watching are passing away.
    I learned a lot about life from those shows, there was meaning in all of them. I just didn't know it until later.

    Never watched the show but "No time for Sergeants" has to be one 10 funniest movies ever.

    Oh gosh...when I heard about Andy's death this mornin', I was crushed a little.  Ole Andy, and Aunt Bea, Opie, and Barney...who could forget him...?    To this day, I can whistle that theme song perfectly.  And I've had some serious
    facial injuries, (that's a story for another time..) 
    That was a special time, in a lotta folks lives.  A simpler time. 

    I'll mourn this loss, and try to hold on to the precious memories...
    (and do you know, there are very few pic's of "Ant BEE"?)  Hmmmm...

    Some things, you just can't go back home to.  Ya know?  RIP ANDY.
