If you live in NJ, urge your legislators to support the following bills:
New Jersey
A508/S1685 : Prohibits certain agencies from establishing checkpoints limited to specific vehicle types.
These bill PROHIBIT the use of checkpoints to target specific vehicles - IE motorcycles -
seems crazy to me that it is already legal to have such check points but help make it right - contact your legislators and encourage them to support these bills!!
Urge your legislators to support A-508 & S-1685!
