Called on a bike I wanted and had a great convo with intial contact. I had a trade in and was asked to send pics to the General Manager and I did. 24hrs after sending the pics I text him back asking if he was interested because he never contacted me back. He then informed me he was working on it.....What? He kept texting me back asking for my exact payoff, I gave him my approximate payoff which I figured was irrelevant to him making me an offer on what he would give me for trade in. After a few more text and me continuing to tell him my exact payoff had nothing to do with what he would give for trade, he insisted he needed exact payoff. I then informed him I wasn't into texting so give me a call, again this was at least 20hrs after our last contact. He never called back. This seems like a great shop that is setup for doing rehab and most of the workers came through their rehab. I'm perfectly fine with that and actually think Hellfighters USA is doing a great thing, but if this is how they expect to do business they are in for a long hard road themselves.
2 stars until they vastly improve their customer service, for now they have customer No Service.
