Disclaimer: First and foremost I believe in freedom to choose etc. You are free to choose what you wear on your bike etc. Even when we see scantily clad ladies at motorcycle events I may not agree with what they wear but we live in a free country.
The Colorado Department of Transportation produced a short graphic video outlining the safety advantages of protective gear and apparel for motorcyclists. This is a 'what could happen' video to show riders how bad road rash and other injuries can be.
